While Canberra was in lockdown, the annual Floriade event did not proceed as normal and instead the tulips and flowers were planted around the city to welcome springtime.
Planter boxes with tulips were deposited around the lake at strategic spots. This planter box was located on the other side of the lake across from the Carillon.
